What is The DB Project?

It is many a thing really.
1. Database
            a. extensive (all adventure games know to man (and aliens) in one big list)
            b. comprehensive (covering all possible aspects of a game)

            c. accurate (displaying correct, up to date and complete information)
            d. dynamic structure (categories can easily be added or adjusted)
            e. organised (well categorised with in-depth search options)
2. Archive
            a. easy to access and free for everyone (no fees, limitations or restrictions)
            b. everything in one place (no needles(s) searching)
            c. managed by carers (who collectively take care of a game)

            d. customisable (build your own archive, create lists, add personal data and content)
            e. interactive (all multimedia content is directly accessible)
3. Resource
Gamecare's focus lies on adventure games as a whole, meaning anything that remotely
relates to it will be archived; from links to coverart databases to setting up Windows 95

            on a virtual machine tutorials.
4. Social platform
            - connect with fellow adventure game enthusiasts
            - promote or support other adventure games or projects
            -
share your passion by joining or starting discussions
            - buy, sell, trade or share adventure games
            - help build adventure game history by submitting lost or incomplete data
5. Preservation
             At this very moment,  a particular piece of information just got lost;
by death, fire, flood, rust, mice or just because of sheer stupidity.
The longer we wait, the less future generations have to enjoy.

Looks impressive, but What is the current state of the project?
